How Do I Get More Profile Views on LinkedIn?
Job hunting is exhausting — searching for open positions, crafting a resume for each, filling out application forms and then potentially never hearing back.
How many applications can you submit each day? Less than 10 max, I’d say

You want to put some enticing bait out there, and wait for the job to come to you
How many views can you get each day? Potentially thousands!
Did you know there are over 870,000 recruiters on LinkedIn actively looking for candidates? They may not all be searching for someone with your experience, but common sense still says that there are still hundreds, maybe thousands of recruiters looking for someone like you every day

Where to go job fishing
LinkedIn is the body of water you want to be fishing in!
When looking for a Software Engineer, recruiters will search LinkedIn based off the specific frameworks and languages their current team uses. You want to show up in as many of these searches as possible, and preferably at the top of the list
Choosing the right bait
What are the 3–5 languages/tools/frameworks that define your competency? If you were looking at a job posting, which would you hope to see? Look at a few job applications that seem relevant, which are they advertising for?
Select those keywords, and cover your profile with them!
Add Keywords to your Title
The clearest way to communicate your competency is to call it out in your title. Now, mine isn’t the best developer-title since I gave myself a fun, silly name, but if I was on the job market I might say something like

Mobile Developer | React Native | Node.js | TypeScript | JavaScript
Add Keywords to your About Me
Keep this section brief, and targeted on the roles you’re applying for. Once again, call out those…
