Anything good in life requires a little monotonous maintenance.

  • Learning a new skill?
  • Developing a new muscle?
  • Desiring a long-term relationships?

All of these require tedious maintenance activities at times. It’s this intentionality, repetition, and persistence that eventually lead to the outcome we desire, though.

Stay at it!
