It isn’t about…

Coding more, documenting less, or moving faster

It’s about adapting to change.

As such, you should have few or no hard deadlines.

Deadlines imply a commitment. Commitments imply rigidity. Rigidity implies you’re unable to adapt as you learn more about your product, your customer, etc.

You should keep your goals and milestones -

But recognize that any date is soft if it’s outside the current iteration.
